Educated in Cairo, Germany, and the United States, Adel brings a uniquely global perspective to every engagement.
Before establishing Alpha Ventures, Adel spent more than 20 years as a sales executive working across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, building relationships, navigating complex markets, and supporting multinational clients in high‑stakes environments. His work placed him at the intersection of culture, commerce, and diplomacy — experience that would later define the ethos of Alpha Ventures.
Following the events of September 11, 2001, Adel made the decision to create a company dedicated to strengthening security capabilities, fostering dialogue, and supporting efforts that contribute to stability and peace.
